By Car

Liwa Village, hosted by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT – Abu Dhabi), is a dynamic event that blends Emirati traditions with family-friendly activities and thrilling experiences, running from 12 December 2025 to 3 January 2026. Set in the scenic Al Dhafra Region, Liwa Village offers a variety of vibrant zones to explore such as Wanasa, Meydan, Adrenaline, Shams Liwa, Auto and the Souk, with activities ranging from Monster Jam®️ and Go Water Kart to a Desert Rally, Petting Zoo, Smash Room, and Skyline Adventure.
The Liwa Village will take place from the 12 December 2025 to 3 January 2026. The events will take place at Liwa Village, Liwa International Festival, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Yes, there are ticketing booths at the entrance to Liwa Village where you can purchase your tickets when you arrive.
While there is no dress code for the event, we encourage you to be respectful to those around you and to the local culture by dressing appropriately. We are looking forward to seeing your sand-friendly fashion that works well in both day and night. Remember, when the stars come out, the temperature goes down, so wrap up warm!
Yes, the event has many child-friendly activities and if you’ve yet to master the art of proper ‘adulting,’ there are loads of games suitable for adults too. After all, it’s not right that kids get to have all the fun, is it?
